Service Lifetime Subscription is a paid membership to an individually selected Service that provides our users with additional access and privileges while using said Service. Service Lifetime Subscription requires and uses all of the information listed under the Information Provided By Users in the same manner. In addition to the above, however, we will require you to provide the following information:

First and last name
Address, city, state and zip code
Home telephone number

We are copied with this information by PayPal (see Security and Credit Card Use below) and require this information for the sole purpose of verifying your account and payment information.

5. Use of Personally Identifiable Information.

We will use your personally identifiable information only as follows:
